Before your appointment here is a run down on what to expect.

For RAFTS, KAYAKS, SUPS, DRYBOXES, OARS & LARGE GEAR

​

Please pull up to the gate on the north fence in the large paved area behind Gold Family Dentistry. It has a business sign for the RAFT, IK & SUP DROP OFF area.

 

Rafts need to be clean, dry, deflated, tubes folded to center, rolled and secured with a strap or rope.

​

Make sure your gear is clean and dry.

If we have to clean your gear to work on it or the shop to evaluate or repair it that labor cost will be added to your evaluation or repair cost. It's can be around $20-$80 depending on the craft. 

 

Ring or text us and let us to know yer here and we'll open up the gate help ya get unloaded and checked in.

If ya arrive unscheduled we may be mid-procedure with adhesive that we may not be able to stop to help ya if ya come unscheduled.

  

We give one on one customer service to help get ya unloaded or loaded up and answer any questions you might have on cleaning, maintenance, storage, transportation or DIY repair.

If yer gonna be late for your appointment please let us know via text.

DROP OFF LOCKBOX:

Inside the human gate at the front of the house there is a deck box with a lock. Make sure your gear is labeled with your name and number and text us once you have secured it in the lockbox.

We also offer no contact pick up and drop off if you prefer.

Your gear can be mailed, dropped off with an appointment,  or we can pick it up if you reside in the Gold Hill/Medford/Grants Pass area. Just ask us and we can see if there is a charge or not.

Live outside the Rouge Valley?

It's expensive to mail a boat.

If it's floor work it may work for ya to unlace the floor and mail just that.

We also go to Eugene once a month. If you are along route on the I5 corridor we may be able to arrange a handoff just off the interstate.
